A message from our Corporate Finance & Strategy Adviser
In healthcare, a business decision can change the course of someone's day, or their life. That is why I believe the way a healthcare company manages its resources matters as much as the care it delivers.
My work in corporate finance and private capital in London has shown me a consistent pattern. The companies that last are rarely the ones that grow fastest. They are the ones that grow with discipline, understand their costs, govern themselves well and keep their promises to the people they serve.
Mukti Health is being built for the long term, and that is what drew me to it. Affordable, reliable care for Bangladesh has to stand on a business sound enough to be there tomorrow, next year and for decades to come.
My role is to advise the founders on financial strategy: careful planning, honest numbers, strong governance, and decisions that protect the trust patients, doctors and partners place in Mukti Health.
Financial discipline and compassion are not opposites. Spending wisely is how a healthcare platform keeps its prices fair, treats its partners well and keeps improving care. I believe that deeply.
Patients should be able to see what they pay and why. Partners should be able to plan with confidence. These are financial principles, but they are also principles of respect.
I am proud to support a team that measures its success by the difference it makes to people's lives, and I look forward to helping Mukti Health build something that endures.
With best regards,Aftab R GhaziCorporate Finance & Strategy Adviser, Mukti Health
