A message from the co-founder
In healthcare, people do not remember systems. They remember whether help came when they needed it, and whether they could trust it. A doctor available at the right moment, a test result that reaches the right hands, an ambulance that arrives on time: these are the moments by which any health service is judged.
As a director of Imperial Hospital Limited in Chittagong, I have learned that excellent care is never the work of clinicians alone. Behind every good outcome sits careful coordination, sound management and the discipline to do the right thing, consistently, every day.
That experience is why I co-founded Mukti Health. Bangladesh has dedicated doctors, capable hospitals and committed pharmacies. What patients have too often lacked is a connected, dependable way to reach them. Mukti Health exists to provide it.
As Chief Financial Officer, my responsibility is to make sure Mukti Health is built to last. Quality and affordability must go together: clear prices that patients can see before they decide, fair and timely payment for every partner, and financial decisions that always keep the patient's interest in view.
Trust also depends on governance. Every taka entrusted to Mukti Health, by a patient or a partner, will be managed with care, accountability and transparency, to a standard we would be comfortable explaining to anyone.
We will grow at the pace that quality allows. Growth matters, but never at the expense of the care patients deserve or the promises we make to our partners.
My commitment is to help build a healthcare institution that families across Bangladesh can rely on with confidence, today and for generations to come.
