How a booking works
- Patient books a doctor, medicine or ambulance in the Mukti Health app — cash on delivery / cash at clinic.
- The matching desk sees it live: doctor schedule, pharmacy queue, or rider Jobs.
- A reference like MK-A-… is generated so support and admin can trace the job.
- Hospital Admit, pharmacy Ready, or rider photo+OTP closes the loop. Labs and records follow the same file.
