What it is used for

Bromazepam is used for the short-term relief of severe anxiety that is disabling or causing great distress. It may also help with the tension, restlessness and sleep problems that come with anxiety. It is not a long-term treatment for anxiety, which is usually managed with talking therapies or other medicines.
