Fasting: Needed for Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS): have the sample taken before breakfast, and follow the instructions you get when you book.
The fasting blood sugar in this package is normally measured on an empty stomach, so follow the preparation shown on this page and any instructions given when you book. Plain water is fine. Keep taking your usual medicines unless your doctor says otherwise, and tell your doctor if you take biotin, which can affect thyroid results. Collect the first morning urine in the container provided.
