What it is used for

This supplement combines three antioxidant nutrients. It is used to top up these vitamins when the diet contains few fruits and vegetables, or during recovery from illness. How it works

Beta-carotene is a plant pigment that the body can turn into vitamin A, which supports eyesight, skin and immunity. Vitamins C and E are antioxidants that help protect cells from damage by unstable molecules called free radicals.
