I founded Mukti Health with a simple but urgent belief: healthcare should not be fragmented, inaccessible, or overwhelming. It should work as one intelligent, connected ecosystem that puts people first.

Mukti Health is being built as a comprehensive healthcare platform that brings together patients, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and logistics into a single, seamless experience. From the moment someone needs care to the moment medicine reaches their door, every step is designed to be clearer, faster, and more reliable.

This is not just another app. It is the foundation of a multi-sided healthcare ecosystem with dedicated experiences for every role — patients, hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, ambulance, and administrators — all speaking the same design language and operating under the same high standards of trust, speed, and care.

We are still in the early chapters. The systems are being engineered carefully, the user journeys refined with intention, and the architecture built to scale to millions of lives. Every decision we make is guided by one question: Does this make healthcare meaningfully better for the people who need it most?

I am deeply committed to building Mukti Health with integrity, ambition, and long-term responsibility. We are not chasing short-term metrics. We are building infrastructure that can serve a nation — and eventually more — for decades.

Mukti Health is something I wanted to build because I have always felt that healthcare should be easier to navigate.

When a family needs a doctor, an appointment, emergency care, or the right medicine, they shouldn't have to figure everything out on their own. Healthcare can already be stressful enough without the process around it adding to that burden.

My own experience working around healthcare has made me appreciate how much goes into delivering good care. As a director of Imperial Hospital Limited in Chittagong, I have seen the importance of good doctors and nurses, but also the importance of the systems, people and coordination behind them.

That experience shaped the way I think about Mukti Health.

I don't want Mukti Health to simply be another healthcare app. I want it to become a place people can genuinely rely on — connecting patients with trusted healthcare providers and making the journey from finding care to receiving it simpler.

We are starting small, but the ambition is much bigger: to build a healthcare ecosystem where the quality of the system is what people ultimately trust.

There is a lot to build, and we will make mistakes along the way. But my promise is simple: we will keep listening, keep improving, and keep building this with the trust of patients, families and healthcare professionals at the centre of everything we do.

This is personal to me.
